Great condo developments are being added to the Seattle skyline, especially in the Downtown, Belltown and South Lake Union neighborhoods. Only some of the condomiums available in these buildings are listed in the Northwest MLS. When visiting a new construction sales office without your agent, you must let them know you have an agent you plan on working with and tell them the agent's name. Do not fill out any information without mentioning your real estate agent. Many of these locations assume you will be working directly with the seller and sales team on site. As a buyer this is not in your best interest as you want someone representing your interests and not the interest of the developer or builder.
